The Summer Dream is located next door to the Sweet Escape, and features a full kitchen. The unrestricted harbor view is unmatched on San Juan Island, like the Sweet Escape there is nothing between you and the water but plate glass. The Summer Dream sits back from the water about 50 feet. The Summer Dream has a queen-size bed and the bath a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower. The Summer Dream also has a wonderful window seat (twin bed size can sleep one person) to enjoy the tranquility, with absolutely one of the most dynamic water views

available. Direct TV with VCR, not DVD, it may be replaced before summer. We have a limited amount of Tapes available so you might bring your favorite. A Stairway leads to the Summer Dream from the street level. The Summer Dream is not handicapped accessible. We are a self-sufficient vacation rental and do not offer daily maid service and we do not have breakfast.

The rate is (old rate $225.00) $200.00 per night, double. Extra person $25.00 per night. Rates are based upon a fixed number of guests. There is a fee for additional guests Children do count in the extra person charge. Maximum 3 people.The minimum stay is two nights, three night on week-ends. Rent it together with the Sweet Escape and receive both for (old rate $400.00) $375.00 per night, for total of 4 people, extra person charge is $25.00 per extra guests. Two night minimum, three on week-ends. We are a self-sufficient vacation rental, there is no daily housekeeping. Additional linens can be provided upon request. There are no extra linens for more than the allowed number of guests. We live on the property and we do not allow you to just show up with extra

guests and not expect to pay the extra fee. Rates are based upon a fixed number of guests. There is a fee for additional guests. Please do not embarrass us or yourself by thinking we will not charge you if you bring extra guests. Guests not paying will be ask to leave.

Provisions for The Summer Dream: Direct TV VCR(not DVD)maybe be replace before summer, radio, full kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, glassware. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea and basic condiments, such as salt, pepper, sugar and creamer. Towels, linens and hair dryers are furnished. We do not furnish personal soaps or shampoo, toothpaste or other personal items. We do not furnish any food.

A Combo Deal: ...Captains Quarter's and one of the little studio's $615.00 per night, for eight people, add both the little studio's and the rate is $785.00, for 10 people.   The Sweet Escape and Summer Dream together $375.00 per night,

for 4 people.

All units Three night minimum on week-ends, two night during the week for this unit.

 

The Sweet Escape and The Summer Dream are a perfect combo for two couples traveling together or a family.
They are separate, but side by side. Each has a separate entry. Both are about 50 feet from the waters edge.

We offer a discount if you rent both together, but they are available as separate rentals. We are a self-sufficient
vacation rental so we do not provide daily maid service or breakfast. This is your home away from home.
