The Captain's Quarters, features three bedrooms, three baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a free standing wood-burning fireplace, queen-size sleeper sofa, Direct TV with VCR for playing movies(we have some video tapes there, but you might want to bring your favorite, , wrap around full water view deck, beautiful waterfront picnic area with a charcoal barbeque. Every room has a water view. The Captain's Quarters will sleep a maximum of eight people. The deck actually suspends over the water. From the street level you come down a long flight of stairs. The Captain's Quarters is not handicapped accessible.We are a sel-sufficient vacation rental so we do

not provide daily maid service or breakfast. This is your home away from

from home. See list of provisions below.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed, private entry, and a great view of the ferries entering the harbor. A second bedroom upstairs, has a queen-size bed, a private half-bath (sink & toilet) and a private deck overlooking the ferry landing and harbor. A third bedroom has a double bed. a private entry, harbor view and a private bath with shower.

Entry to The Captain's Quarters takes you down a stairway from the street level to a wonderful natural landscaped yard, seasonal flowers and a full view of the harbor. The private deep water dock is just steps away.

The Captain's Quarters rate is (last year $465.00) $435.00 per night for up to six people. Can sleep 2 more if using sleeper sofa and that extra charge is $25.00 per person per night. This Rate is based on six or less guests. There is a fee for additional guests. Children do count in the number of people staying in the Captain's Quarters. Maximum of 8 people. The minimum stay is three nights.

A Combo Deal: ...Captains Quarter's and one of the little studio's $615.00 per night, for eight people, add both the little studio's and the rate is $785.00, for 10 people.   The Sweet Escape and Summer Dream together $375.00 per night, for 4 people.

All units Three night minimum on week-ends, two night during the week for the little units..The Captian's Quarters is always three night minimum..

 

We are a self-sufficient vacation rental, there is no daily housekeeping. There are no extra linens for more than the allowed six people. Additional linens will be provided for extra paying guest. We live on the property and we do not allow you to just show up with

extra guests and not expect to pay the extra fee. Please do not embarrass us or yourself by thinking we will not charge you if you bring extra guests. Guests not paying will be asked to leave. We do not allow pets. We are very strict on this so please do not ask.

Provisions in the Captain's Quarters: All linens, Radio/CD player, Direct TV with VCR,ask, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, glassware. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea and basic condiments such as salt, pepper, sugar and creamer. We do NOT furnish food.

In the bathroom, towels, linens and a hair dryer is furnished. We do NOT furnish any items of a personal nature such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toothpaste, lotion etc..
