The Captain's Quarters, features three bedrooms, three baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a free standing wood-burning fireplace, queen-size sleeper sofa, Direct TV with VCR for playing movies(we have some video tapes there, but you might want to bring your favorite, , wrap around full water view deck, beautiful waterfront picnic area with a charcoal barbeque. Every room has a water view. The Captain's Quarters will sleep a maximum of eight people. The deck actually suspends over the water. From the street level you come down a long flight of stairs.  If you have problems with stairs this might not be the place for you.

The Captain's Quarters is not handicapped accessible.We are a self-sufficient vacation rental so we do not provide daily maid service or breakfast. This is your home away from

One bedroom has a queen-size bed, private entry, and a great view of the ferries entering the harbor. A second bedroom upstairs, has a queen-size bed, a private half-bath (sink & toilet) and a private deck overlooking the ferry landing and harbor. A third bedroom has a double bed. a private entry, harbor view and a private bath with shower.

Entry to The Captain's Quarters takes you down a stairway from the street level to a wonderful natural landscaped yard, seasonal flowers and a full view of the harbor. The private deep water dock is just steps away.

Rates:  Summer Rates in effect May 15th 2012

The Captain's Quarters 5 night minium stay rental is $450.00 per night for up to six people. 2 extra guests can be allowed on the queen size sleeper sofa at $15.00 per guests per night. Children( do count in the number of people staying in the Captain's Quarters   Maximum of 8 people. The minimum stay is three nights nights.   Captain's Quarters cleaning fee $150.00(non-refundable) and a booking/damage fee $250.00 which will be refunded within 10 days if you complete your stay with us and leave the place as agreed in the rental form.

Combo deal for Studio's (Sweet Escape & Summer Dream) 3 Nights stay minimum $400.00 per night for 2 guests each room.  Extra person in room on twin bed window seat $15.00 per night. Cleaning fee for smaller studio's $75.00 (Non-refundable) each and a booking/damage fee $100 which will be refunded within 10 days if you complete your stay with us and leave the place as agreed in the rental form. 

Rent just one of the little units for $225 per night, 3 night minimum, add one extra guest for $15.00 per night, children do count as guest. Cleaning fee is $75.00 (Non-refundable). booking and damage fee is $100.00 which will be refunded within10 days if you complete your stay with us and leave the place as agreed int he rental form.

A Combo Deals: ...Captains Quarter's and one of the little studio's $625.00 per night for eight people maximum, three night minimum, .  2 extra guests can be allowed on the queen size sleeper sofa at $15.00 per guests per night. One extra guest in the little studio's at $15.00 per guest per night.  Children( do count in the number of people staying in the Captain's Quarters and the smaller units.  

Rent all 3 units for $875.00 per night, Max 10 people, 4 extra guests can be allowed at $15.00 per night per guests, (2 on queen sleeper sofa in Captain's Quarters and one each in the Summer Dream and Sweet Escape on the twin bed window seats.  Children do count, three nights minimum stay required.  Cleaning fee $300.00(non-refundable) and a booking/damage fee $350.00, which will be refunded within 10 days if you complete your stay with us and leave the place as agreed in the rental form.

We are a self-sufficient vacation rental, there is no daily housekeeping. There are no extra linens for more than the allowed number of guests booked with your reservation. We live on the property and we do not allow you to just show up with extra guests. Please do not embarrass us or yourself by thinking we will not ask non-paying guests to leave.
